Debuting Changsha Service Ecosystem for Go-Global Portfolio at CISCE
Located at W4-A12 in the Supply Chain Services Exhibition Area, Changsha’s dedicated pavilion highlights its global reach, market-driven and professional excellence capabilities for enterprises expanding overseas. The pavilion brings together six service providers: Dun & Bradstreet, Higoshipping Co., Ltd., China Post Hunan International Branch, Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm, Overseas Home Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Law Back (Changsha) Network Technology Co., Ltd. Pooling market-driven resources across data services, foreign-related legal services, human resources and international logistics, the providers form a one-stop service ecosystem for go-global.
On-site, the Changsha Pavilion drew visitors with its distinctive design and clear thematic focus. At Dun & Bradstreet’s booth, industry visitors expressed strong interest in its robust commercial data analytics capabilities. As one of the world’s most influential business information service providers, Dun & Bradstreet integrates global data, cutting-edge technologies and scenario-based capabilities to help enterprises boost revenue, cut costs, manage risks and advance digital-intelligent transformation, with over 90% of the Fortune Global 500 as its clients. “Changsha serves as Dun & Bradstreet’s core operation center and regional hub in Central China,” a company representative stated. “We are fully committed to leveraging our professional expertise to help enterprises across sectors settle in Changsha, expand throughout Central China and reach global markets”.

Backed by its proprietary fleet and integrated shipping agency model, it runs a network spanning the middle and lower Yangtze River, coastal ports and overseas outlets, with a comprehensive international multimodal transport system in place. “Your cargo can reach the world safely through us,” a Higoshipping representative told visitors.
In recent years, Changsha has pursued a development strategy anchored in manufacturing, empowered by services and driven by integrated growth, steadily refining its comprehensive service system for overseas expansion. In April 2025, Changsha launched its service ecosystem for go-global. Led by CCPIT Changsha, it pools resources from 14 municipal departments, customs authorities and industrial parks, with 30 targeted measures spanning four categories: product, technology and service exports, outbound investment, trade cooperation, and business travel.
To meet enterprises’ global expansion needs, Changsha has selected its first batch of 20 service partners worldwide Among them, 7 enterprises fall under the three categories of Top 500 firms and 9 rank among the industry’s top 50, which can deliver full-chain service support for enterprises’ overseas development. All six service providers exhibiting at CISCE are from this group. During the expo, CCPIT Changsha also introduced a suite of services covering international trade and economic guidance, commercial legal support and international exchange, such as the News Express: Serviceable Projects for Hunan Enterprises Going Abroad, a global legal service institution whitelist, and the Talk Changsha series of English interview programs, which reflects Changsha’s pragmatic approach to overseas expansion: market demands are met by market forces, while the government identifies and responds to enterprise needs.
