The rubber mixing workshop (2) is an important supporting project of MTI tire production base in Indonesia. It adopts a three story reinforced concrete frame structure and covers an area of about 22000 square meters. Among them, Zone 2 is one of the main production areas, responsible for the important functions of subsequent rubber mixing equipment installation and production process layout. The main structure of Zone 2 has been successfully capped, laying the foundation for the installation of MTI equipment and ensuring rubber production in the future.

At the beginning of the project construction, it was in the rainy season in Indonesia, with an average monthly rainfall of about 415 millimeters and an average of 21 rainy days. The site was muddy, material transportation was difficult to organize, and multiple units were involved in cross operation. The project team has taken root in the front line, developed a special construction plan for the rainy season, improved the temporary drainage system, and actively coordinated with the owner and other construction units to ensure the access of materials to and from the site. We fully utilize the rainy season window period, organize construction 24 hours a day, optimize zoning flow and key process interweaving arrangements, achieve dynamic planning correction, rapid resource allocation, and on-site problem solving, so that the project enters the sprint stage as soon as it starts construction.
Faced with practical difficulties such as scattered labor resources and uneven team management levels in Indonesia, the project team conducted multiple rounds of screening and trial inspections on major teams such as steel bars, formwork, concrete, scaffolding, etc. From the aspects of personnel size, construction experience, performance ability, quality awareness, safety cooperation, etc., a comprehensive evaluation was conducted. Finally, 6 core operation teams were selected from 37 teams. At the same time, through model guidance, technical disclosure, process assessment, and reward and punishment constraints, construction standards have gradually been unified, team execution has been improved, laying the foundation for continuous construction of the main structure and effectively ensuring the achievement of the construction node goals of the main structure.
