The Phase I project of the Ningbo Zhoushan Port Liuheng Highway Bridge is an important project serving the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta region, and is also one of the important port diversion highways in the "13th Five Year Plan" for comprehensive transportation development in Zhejiang Province. The total length of the route is 29.6 kilometers, constructed according to the standard of a two-way 6-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The total length of the Zhongjiao Road construction and construction section is 6.288 kilometers, including roadbed, bridges, tunnels and other projects. The project control project, Meishan Waterway Bridge, is the first saddle type curved concrete beam double tower double cable plane cross sea cable-stayed bridge in China, with a total length of 510 meters and a main span of 260 meters. The cable tower is designed as a portal tower body with a total height of 96 meters.
Faced with construction difficulties such as the difficulty of offshore construction, the project team of CCCC Road Construction adopts a dual wheel drive of "overall planning+technological innovation", continuously strengthens construction coordination, optimizes construction resource allocation, and successfully completes the closure before the typhoon period, effectively ensuring the safe and efficient progress of construction; We have independently developed pile foundation reinforcement cage binding molds to improve processing accuracy, innovated intelligent hydraulic climbing molds and large volume concrete temperature control technology, integrated BIM+IoT technology to create a digital management platform, introduced fully automatic welding robots to achieve standardized operations, and obtained 33 national patent authorizations. We have been awarded the dual demonstration of "Smart Construction Site" and "Safe Century Quality Engineering" in Zhejiang Province, successfully creating a new benchmark for intelligent construction of cross sea bridges and providing replicable experience for complex sea bridge projects.
The completion and opening of the project has connected the collection and distribution channels of the two important port areas of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, Liuheng and Meishan, and further improved the sea land linkage collection and distribution network of Ningbo Zhoushan Port. The logistics efficiency of the three major billion ton port areas of Chuanshan, Meishan and Liuheng has been shortened from 2 hours to 15 minutes, effectively promoting the coordinated development of the three island port areas.
