Recently, the "Pool Global Wisdom, Build a Dream in Tianfu" Belt and Road Foreign-related Legal-Business Integration Exchange Conference of Sichuan Tianfu New Area was held in Tianfu New Area. Guided by the Chengdu Law Society, Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Justice, Chengdu Municipal Opening-up Cooperation Promotion Center, the Party Mass Work Department of the Party Working Committee of Sichuan Tianfu New Area, the Politics and Law Committee of the Party Working Committee of Sichuan Tianfu New Area, and the Headquarters Business Bureau of Sichuan Tianfu New Area, the event was co-organized by Beijing Winteam Law Firm, Beijing Winteam (Chengdu) Law Firm and other institutions.
Centered on the theme "Integrate Law and Business, Empower Cross-border Cooperation, Pursue Win-win Collaboration", the conference gathered more than 200 representatives from government competent departments, legal academia, foreign legal practitioners, industrial and financial sectors. Participants jointly discussed the contemporary proposition of safeguarding enterprises' global expansion under the rule of law and empowering cross-border cooperation through integrated legal and business services.

During the signing ceremony, Sichuan Fajiajia Digital Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Winteam Law Firm to jointly build a foreign-related legal service platform and advance the digital and intelligent transformation of foreign legal services.
Sichuan Fajiajia Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Winteam (Chengdu) Law Firm and Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Service Association inked a cooperation agreement. The three parties will integrate resources in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), legal affairs and technology. Targeting core demands including cross-border TCM trade, overseas registration and intellectual property rights, they will establish a full-life-cycle legal guarantee system. The partnership supports the layout of overseas TCM centers and wellness bases, facilitates compliant, high-quality global expansion of the TCM health industry, and unlocks the global health market.
Jointly with multiple institutions, Beijing Winteam (Chengdu) Law Firm will build an integrated service system covering cross-border scientific and technological innovation, investment and financing, as well as compliance management for talents. Leveraging Tianfu New Area as a hub to link global networks, the firm will deliver full-spectrum services ranging from compliance consultation to dispute resolution.
A roundtable forum themed "Lay a Solid Foundation for Long-term Growth: Support and Value for Chinese Enterprises Going Global" was held. Participants exchanged views on introducing international legal resources to Chengdu, developing a three-in-one talent training system integrating university education, practical training and international exchanges, and further boosting the precision and internationalization of foreign-related legal services in the New Area.
A person in charge of Tianfu New Area stated that strengthening foreign-related rule of law development serves as a critical underpinning for advancing high-standard opening-up. The New Area will make sustained efforts to realize integrated platform functions, targeted service supply, regular legal-business integration and internationalized talent cultivation. It will further pool international legal service resources, enrich the supply of foreign-related legal products, and accelerate the implementation of more cooperative outcomes. The New Area strives to deliver higher-quality, more efficient legal support for all market entities exploring international markets, contribute to building a new inland hub for open economy, and better serve the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
