The project is located in Zhoushi Town, Kunshan City, with convenient transportation and close proximity to residential areas and ecological green spaces. The construction content is a resettlement housing community with a total construction area of 71000 square meters. After completion, it will effectively address the resettlement needs of local residents, improve the living quality of the area, and further optimize the spatial layout of Kunshan North New City's "industry city integration, ecological livability".
The residential building of the project adopts a "cast-in-place+prefabricated" structure, with one underground floor and 11 to 13 above ground floors. To ensure that the main body is fully capped by the end of November, the project party branch will lead the formation of a tackling team, reverse the construction schedule, hang up maps, refine the construction plan, clarify assessment incentives, and fully promote the improvement and growth of construction production quality.
The continuous high temperatures in this summer and autumn season have posed a severe challenge to the construction progress. The project team scientifically staggered scheduling, adjusted the core processes to 5am to 10am in the morning, and equipped the site with heatstroke prevention materials, which not only ensured effective operation time, but also provided a "cool umbrella" for on-site workers, allowing the construction to proceed smoothly.
In the critical and continuous operation stage of pouring on the floor, the project team, together with the construction team and the commercial mixing station, formulated a special plan to clarify the time nodes and responsibilities of each stage, and to respond to risks such as material supply and machinery scheduling in advance. In the hot weather, they raced against time, effectively improving the efficiency of floor pouring and achieving efficient building every 7 days.

The project site is small, with frequent cross operation of multiple sections and trades. In addition, the assembly rate of the main structure of the project exceeds 60%, which poses severe challenges to the safety and quality control of the project. The project team optimizes the lifting process through BIM visualization disclosure to ensure the safe and accurate installation of prefabricated components. Faced with frequent cross assignments, the project team has established an efficient communication and coordination mechanism and implemented a daily challenge meeting system. Every evening, a meeting is organized to focus on issues such as mechanical scheduling conflicts, material supply delays, safety protection, and quality control. Through collective brainstorming and quick decision-making, 55 construction bottlenecks have been resolved, laying a solid foundation for the steady progress of project construction.
The project construction is related to people's well-being, and the project team adheres to the bottom line of quality while rushing to meet the schedule. Strictly control the entry of materials, whether it is main or auxiliary materials. When entering the site, the material personnel carefully inspect the specifications, models, and performance. If they are not qualified, they will be ordered to leave the site. Key personnel will supervise the entire process to prevent the plan from being disconnected from the site. Especially during pouring, it is required to have personnel from the commercial mixing station on site to perform their duties and ensure the quality of the poured concrete.
At present, the project team is accelerating the construction of decoration and supporting facilities to ensure timely delivery of the project and enable residents to live in safe and comfortable houses as soon as possible. (Luo Jianfu, Third Navigation Bureau)
