The project construction includes a breakwater of about 1.5 kilometers, a dock shoreline of 801 meters, and a land area of 300000 square meters. The project team has always adhered to the management concept of "quality first", and both the breakwater and the dock adopt a gravity type structure with sunken boxes. A total of 292 sunken boxes need to be installed, with a total installation length of about 2.7 kilometers. The project team has significantly improved the installation efficiency by improving the sunken box lifting equipment and adding installation auxiliary facilities, with an installation qualification rate of 100% and a significantly shortened construction period. The projects "Improving the Installation Efficiency of Sinks" and "Improving the Construction Efficiency of Rock Removal in Port Pools" applied for have respectively obtained Class II and III achievements in Shanghai and 1 provincial and ministerial level construction method in Hainan Province. Four patent applications have been completed, including two invention patents and more than 10 patents in the process of application.
After the completion of the project construction, the fishing port's ability to avoid wind and reduce disasters will be fully utilized to ensure the safety of people's lives and property in the fishing area, and to create a comprehensive fishing port economic zone that benchmarks international standards.
