Recently, the 10th section of the G15 highway Jiajin section renovation and expansion project, which was constructed by Shanghai Chengtou Highway Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. and implemented by China Communications Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., successfully completed the pouring of the first column of the Songjiang section at the Shanghai Comprehensive Component Factory, marking the full start of the prefabrication work of the lower structure of the Songjiang section of the project. The project will enter the peak stage of prefabricated construction that is synchronized with the front and rear fields.

The project adopts full component prefabrication and assembly technology. The first column of this project is PKR150WP pier, with a cross-sectional size of 1.2 × 1.2 meters, a height of about 10 meters, and a concrete volume of 14.4 cubic meters. The column adopts a single pile single column form and an upright pouring process.

To ensure the construction quality and accuracy of the first column during the high temperature season, the project department strictly implements the "first piece system" and takes targeted measures. The project department adheres to the concept of "high standards and strict requirements" and the standard of "millimeter level precision control of prefabricated components", implements standardized and refined construction, and gathers scientific strength in various links of first piece construction. Through intelligent steel bar processing equipment, high-precision steel bar racks, high-quality prefabricated templates, and integrated concrete mixing technology, it provides escort for first piece construction.

At the same time, the project department conducts detailed safety and technical briefings for on-site operators, optimizes construction processes through full-scale model tests, strengthens full process control of each process, ensures the implementation of construction plans, strictly inspects each link of work, and firmly controls the safety and quality of prefabricated components.

As of now, the 10th section of the project has fully opened up the western working face. Except for the impact range of the relocation of the head water pipe, all pile foundations in the western section have been completed, and 80% of the bearing platform has been completed.

The smooth pouring of the first column has pushed the project progress to a new level, greatly inspiring the enthusiasm of all participants in the project and strengthening confidence for subsequent construction. The project department will take this as an opportunity to efficiently promote the installation of prefabricated components, further release the production capacity of the prefabrication plant, and overcome difficulties with a targeted approach.

The core of the next stage of project promotion lies in steadily increasing the production capacity of prefabricated components. It is planned to start the hoisting of widened components in the western section in September, comprehensively promoting the key nodes of the upper structure construction of the western section, creating prerequisites for subsequent intermediate widening and demolition and new construction, making new contributions to the transformation and upgrading of G15 highway, and contributing to the urban construction and development of Songjiang District and Shanghai.
