Recently, the main structure of Tower 17 and Tower 21 of the Jiangyu Yunting project, constructed by China Communications Construction Company Harbour Engineering Bureau, has been successfully capped. This marks that among the 21 main buildings in the project site, 19 have been fully capped, indicating that the construction achieved an important phased result and has entered the stage of decoration and fit-out construction.

Jiangyu Yunting project is located in the core area of Xi'an High-speed Rail City, as one of the first batch of mixed- rail transit projects in Xi'an, it innovatively adopts the "station-city integration" TOD development model, covering an area of 135.45 acres. planned construction content includes 19 commercial residential buildings, 7 office buildings, 1 kindergarten, and supporting facilities such as commercial, civil air defense, and park green space

During the main structure construction phase, the project team, centered around the goals of "ensuring safety, quality, and progress, and controlling risks, implemented special protective measures such as additional suspended safety nets for the staggered layout of balconies in fourth-generation residential buildings. They also introduced innovative initiatives like "Three Cards" notice and dynamic updates to safety disclosure QR codes, achieving visual and standardized safety management. Based on a grid management model, they established a comprehensive "pre-shift disclosure - process patrol daily summary" full-cycle management mechanism. For risks such as high-altitude work and extreme weather, they compiled 10 types of special emergency plans, building a comprehensive protection network. In terms of quality management, they strictly implemented the "sample demonstration   subcontractor joint inspection" system, and through setting up Party member demonstration posts and leadership teams charge of patrol inspections, they ensured that the quality of main structure construction was under control throughout the process, laying a solid foundation for building a benchmark project

Since the commencement in August 2023, the project has adhered to scientific organization and refined management, continuously optimizing construction procedures, enhancing collaboration, and utilizing BIM technology to carry out construction simulation. Multiple measures have been implemented to accelerate the construction progress. With the main structure being capped one after another, the project fully launched key construction procedures such as external wall insulation, window and door installation, landscape and garden construction, and mechanical and electrical equipment installation. It is expected that by the end this year, the main sub-divisional works of the north and south areas will be completed, and the pre-acceptance conditions will be basically met. After the of the project, it will seamlessly connect with the No.14 Subway Line Weinan South Station, achieving efficient transfers across the urban area. Relying on thedouble-level" commercial space design concept, it will organically integrate residential, office, commercial, cultural and creative, and leisure diversified industries, creating a mixed-use complex the subway with composite functions and complete supporting facilities.
